		Liberty High School Worked with Architect/ Engineer for a workable design of custom screens for the protection of students on the 3rd floor balconies. View
		Lighthouse for the Blind – Winter Haven Facility Construction of a LEED® Silver Registered 8,409SF facility that serves blind and low-vision clients. View
		FAMU Windows. This project involved the historic restoration of 182 windows for Sampson Hall, a student dormitory at Florida A&M University. View
		Discovery Narcoosse Installed new a Dryvit system over problematic YTong, a soft exterior material, that was being damaged by students to the exterior of the buildings. View
		Lake Wales Adult Day Care SEMCO was involved in all pre-construction and construction phase services related to construction of the new adult day health care facility, including beauty salon, medical clinic, and dayroom areas. View
		Polk County Historical Museum The 1800’s Polk County Courthouse suffered from water intrusion through the metal dome. SEMCO restored the interior and exterior of the dome to mitigate the water damage and prevent future structural damage to the dome. View
		Winter Haven Airport Construction of new terminal building, parking apron, and associated sitework. View

Installed new a Dryvit system over problematic YTong, a soft exterior material, that was being damaged by students to the exterior of the buildings. Before work began, 4 different types of test panels were installed on location to test which option would have the best result.
