SEMCO is experienced in metal restoration, brick repointing, window restoration, door restoration, roof restoration, hazardous waste abatement to include asbestos, lead paint, and pigeon feces mitigation. SEMCO has also completed various projects that required structural and foundation stablization. We have been involved in restorations of both residential and commercial buildings from minor restorations of interiors to the complete interior and exterior restoration of a building.

SEMCO Construction, Inc. is familiar with the Florida Historic Guidelines, as set forth by the Division of Historic Resources of the Florida Department of State. SEMCO is also a member of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation and is involved in the continuing efforts to preserve historic structures throughout the State of Florida.
