The combined construction experience of our management staff exceeds 250 years. Over 75% of our management staff has been with SEMCO over 20 years.
24/7 Emergency Response Since our inception, SEMCO Construction, Inc. has placed the highest priority on providing our clients with immediate response through fast, effective communication. SEMCO’s 24/7 response system has an average response time of one (1) hour. Our 24/7 answering service has a pre-determined on-call list, which ensures the quickest possible response to our client’s needs or emergencies such as immediate mitigation of damages, emergency board-up or emergency clean-up.
Priority Response In addition to emergency response, we are fully prepared for more “standard” project needs that may become sudden high priorities for a client. An example of a “standard” project involved priority projects with a School Board. Just prior to the end of the school year, the District requested that we start and complete several projects prior to the start of the following school year. These projects required a condensed pre-construction, construction, and occupancy/close-out schedule. SEMCO has successfully completed over a dozen projects over the past three years utilizing this summer schedule and successfully met the required schedule every time.
