Public Projects
In the past several years, SEMCO has increased its presence in public construction, as this has been one of the most stable sectors of the local construction economy. The company has been contracted by the Polk County School Board, MacDill Air Force Base, Orlando Naval Training Center, Polk County Commissioners, and the Cities of Bartow, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Haines City, Plant City and Avon Park. These contracts have consisted of a wide range of projects from the construction of school portables and administrative buildings to military base facility maintenance. |
